Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive automation.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove content, and suspend accounts for safety, policy, legal, or operational reasons. Community moderators may enforce local community rules within their communities.

5. Content and License

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Permissions and Device Access

Some features may require device permissions (for example camera for photo upload). These are requested at runtime for feature operation and can be revoked from device settings.

7. Tracking and Analytics Notice

The Service uses technical storage and event logs required for authentication, security, and reliability. Third-party advertising trackers are not enabled by default.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, and security (including Supabase and Cloudflare components). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal obligations, abuse prevention, or operational/security risks. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

11. Account and Data Deletion Requests

Deletion requests can be submitted via contact email listed below. We may retain limited records when legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, moderation integrity, or disputes.
