  • Precise Location (GPS): We collect your exact latitude and longitude to show you potential matches nearby. This is essential for the service.
  • Sexual Orientation & Gender: Used solely to filter and recommend relevant partners.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique identifiers.
  • Usage & Behavior: Who you swipe right/left on (matches), interaction times, and message activity.
  • Log Data: IP address and access logs.

You can delete your account at any time by:

  • Going to Settings → Data & Storage → Delete Account
  • Or contacting us directly at the email below

When you delete your account, all your personal data, messages, and media will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

onlychat is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
